Terms and Conditions for Kystro

1. Provider

Kystro is operated by Matthias Schneiderbanger, Einzelunternehmen, Kreuzbergblick 6, 96120 Bischberg, Deutschland. Contact: info@kystro.de.

2. Purpose of the platform

Kystro provides a holiday-home and place-discovery platform for Denmark. Users can search holiday homes, view place information, discover destinations and, where available, submit reviews or additional content.

3. Platform role

Kystro is generally the platform operator and does not own the listed holiday homes. Booking, payment, cancellation and service terms may differ depending on the provider, host or linked offer. Users must check the details of the relevant offer before booking.

4. User account

Some functions may require a user account. Users must provide accurate information, keep access credentials confidential and must not misuse their account.

5. User content

Reviews, texts and uploaded images must be accurate, factual and lawful. Users may only upload content for which they hold the required rights. Kystro may review, reject, shorten or remove submitted content before publication.

6. Images and copyright

Place images are used only with documented licences, permissions or usage rights. Licence and author information must be respected. Images from operator websites are not published without documented permission.

7. Availability and changes

Kystro aims to provide stable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Content, functions and displays may be updated, corrected or removed where technically, legally or editorially necessary.

8. Liability

Kystro reviews content with reasonable care but does not guarantee the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of external information, including operator websites, opening hours, prices, availability or booking terms. Statutory liability claims remain unaffected.

9. Final provisions

German law applies unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
