Kystro provides information about holiday homes and offers. Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the host, provider or linked booking offer.

Before booking, users must check the cancellation, payment and refund terms stated for the specific offer. These terms are decisive for the relevant booking.

2. Changes and cancellations

Changes, rebookings or cancellations follow the rules of the relevant host or provider. Kystro cannot generally replace these terms.

3. Refunds

Whether and to what extent a refund is possible depends on the specific offer, the time of cancellation and the terms stated there.
